Hello to all of you. Hope you've enjoyed the sunny weather today. I haven't been working today so have managed to catch up on housework and fit in a couple of cards. I also want to say thanks to those of you who left such nice messages on my last post when I was having a bad day, it really helps to know other people have been through it and that I'll come out the other end. So onto my first card and it's for The Pink Elephant Challenge who's theme this week is "wedding". This was perfect for me as I wanted to make a wedding card for my stock and I had a new stamp to try out! This gorgeous stamp is from Stamping Bella and is called Valentini. I just thought it was really versatile. I have coloured it with my new Lyra pencils and Sansodor. I got these off Ebay for a third of the price so was really pleased. I've only got a set of 24 and haven't got the full spectrum of colours but I like having them as an alternative to watercolour pencils as they blend differently. If you click on the photo you can see a close up of the glitter I've put around the rim of the glass like a martini! I've used Divine Swirls embossing folder for the background and the sentiment is by Lili of the Valley. Finally I added some gorgeous pink hot fix crystals.

How wonderful of your hubby to think of you and bring you home such a lovely gift!
I have managed to track the stamp down - but not only that - a whole range of stamps I have never seen before .. .. .. .. and all carrying hearts!!!!

Hi Steph, Glad to see youve had a couple of crafting sessions lately!! I dont know where to begin, I absolutely love the wedding card, the image is a must have and your new pencils look so beautiful - I'll keep an eye and see how you go with them!! I really like the male cards too as you make it look so simple to make male cards!! If only eh?!
