Lili Of The Valley- Midsummer's Night!

Halloooooo!

Hope you're all well. I must admit I'm pretty shattered after half term!!

Today's card is one I made for my friend's little girl featuring LOTV's Midsummer's Night...

I coloured with Distress Markers and added some shimmer in the way of Wink of Stella. These stunning papers are by Kaisercraft. After I came up with the sketch I layered up all the papers with the cheesecloth and added some die-cuts that came with the paper pad. I added the image on top and die-cut a butterfly and stemmed flower. Finished off with some swarovski hot fix crystals- I like to use these on really special cards!!

Here's your close up. Forgot to say I added some white highlights here and there with white gel pen.

Reverse Confetti- All About Ewe!

Hallo my crafting lovelies!

How are you all this lovely weekend? I'm on a roll with my Spring themed cards so today I have a Reverse Confetti card to show you featuring All About Ewe...

I decided to enter their sketch challenge this month (see sketch below). I coloured all the elements with copics and cut out with matching dies. I adhered some Pink & Main paper to the bottom of the card and then sponged some ink using the MFT hills stencil as a guide. I then stamped and embossed one of the accompanying sentiments and die-cut using an MFT Speech bubble die. I then arranged all the elements to follow the sketch below.

Such a cutie image- if you think the sheep is cute, look at the chickie!!!!

Reverse Confetti sketch.

Thanks so much for stopping by today, hope you have a fab weekend. Come back next week and I should have some more LOTV, Stamping Bella and Reverse Confetti x

Stamping Bella- Tiny Townie Garden Girl Daffodil!

Hey hey hey! How's you all?
Hope you're all good.

I'm totally over the Winter so I've started making some Springtime/Easter-y cards to try to bring the warmer weather our way!

Today's card features Stamping Bella's Tiny Townie Garden Girl Daffodil....

I never make yellow based cards so this was a bit of a challenge for me and they're quite hard to photograph actually! I coloured Daffodil with copics and then bravely die-cut the letters using MFT individual letter dies- the "i" went a bit wonky but never mind. I then sponged Distress Inks on a panel, adhered the panel to the card base and then raised the panel that had Daffodil on up on 3d foam pads. Added some little embellies and job done!

Here's your close up!

See you later in the week with a Reverse Confetti Spring card. Thanks for stopping by x

Reverse Confetti- Beary Hugs!

Hey crafty peeps!

I've got a really simple Reverse Confetti creation to share with you today. These two cutie koalas are from the Beary Hugs set...

I coloured with copics and added some highlights with a white gel pen and then cut out using the matching dies. I used MFT's cloud stencil and some distress inks to create the cloud background. Paper is by Fancy Pants. I used the MFT Stitched Circle Frame to create the frame in grey cardstock. I raised up the image on 3d foam pads so it was partially overlapping the frame. The sentiment comes with.

Lili Of The Valley- Annabel Texting!

Happy weekend everyone!
Hope you're going to get plenty of crafting time in this weekend.

Today's card features LOTV's Annabel Texting...

I coloured Annabel with Distress Markers and cut out using a circle nestie. These papers are sooooo beautiful and are by Tilda. After coming up with a simple sketch, I then layered up the elements. "Happy" die is by PTI. Pretty simple!

Here's your close up. Love her plaits trailing out behind her!
Thanks for stopping by today, I really appreciate it! x

Stamping Bella- Huggy Squidgies!

Hi ya!!

Happy mid-week! How are you all doing?
Today, I've got a Stamping Bella Squidgy image to share with you, it's Huggy Squidgies...

Huggy Squidgies were coloured using copics and then I fussy cut them. Papers are by Simple Stories. The "hugs" die is by MFT. I cut it out using plain white cardstock and 3d foam and layered them up. The "& kisses" sentiment is by PTI that I die-cut using MFT's flag banner. Finally added some sequins.

Here's your close up. What a pair of cuties!!

Reverse Confetti- Leaping Lions!

Well it's another start to another week already!! Where does the time go?

Thanks so much to everyone who left a comment on my previous LOTV card either here, on FB or on Instagram- you quite liked that one it seems!! I've only ever done 2 no-lines cards and am always nervous trying out a different technique so it's really nice to have such lovely feedback!

Today's card couldn't be more different-a CAS style 50th birthday card featuring Reverse Confetti's Leaping Lions...

I coloured in all the various elements using copics and then fussy cut. I stamped out one of the sentiments on black cardstock and embossed with fine white powder. I then adhered some DP to the base of the card and followed this with the black cardstock strip above. I then adhered all the different fussy cut elements, making sure the lion was raised on 3d foam pads. I stamped the "roar" straight onto the cardstock base. Finally I added some die-cut numbers and "th" to complete the card.
