Stamping Bella- Tiny Townie Garden Girl Violet!

Today I am sharing Stamping Bella's Tiny Townie Garden Girl Violet coloured using the no lines colouring technique...

I coloured her with copics and cut out using an oval die. I used a DP background and created a shaker card. I used the large Stamping Bella "happy" die  and then assembled all the pieces. The sentiment is part of the Stamping Bella Tiny Townie Blossom Loves Balloons sentiment.

MFT- Fresh Squeezed!

Hope everyone is well and keeping healthy and safe! It's a lovely sunny day here so I thought I'd post a card to match! This is MFT Pure Innocence Fresh Squeezed...

I coloured the stamp with copics, added some white gel pen highlights and then fussy cut. I then restamped out on various patterned papers and paper pieced. I stamped and embossed the sentiment using white embossing powder on pink cardstock and cut using a flag stax. I created an aperture panel to sit on top of the front of the card blank whilst I added strips of DP and some lovely spotty DP beneath. Finally I assembled all the pieces and added some MFT clouds.

Stamping Bella- Uptown Zodiac Girl Pisces!

Hey all.

Hope you're having a good weekend! Today I'm sharing Uptown Zodiac Girl Pisces from Stamping Bella. I coloured her up yonks ago but have only just made her into a card...

I used an acetate card blank from Hero Arts. I created two alcohol inks panels (one for the front and one to back the front panel on the inside of the card using both straight alcohol inks and some pearlised ones to create a gorgeous sea like shimmer. I wanted to use the sentiment from the Under The Sea sentiment set so I stamped and embossed this with silver embossing powder on a piece of acetate. I didn't use it straight on the acetate card blank as I tried it and it warped when heating the embossing powder. I cut the piece of acetate to the same size as the card blank and adhered it to the card blank where I knew the alcohol ink panel was going to be. I then adhered the alcohol ink panels to the outside and inside of the card. I also created a back side to my image in white card so that you couldn't see the bleeding of the copic through the image to neaten it up. I then adhered the image and finished off with some stunning embellishments.

I took a second photo without colour card behind so you could see the sentiment properly!

Stamping Bella- Uptown Zodiac Girl Virgo!

Hope you're all keeping safe and well in these strange times we are having! I have so say I'm grateful we have this wonderful hobby and community to keep ourselves sane during lockdown!! Not that I've had much time with home schooling....

I've not made any cards as I've been colouring for the 30 Day Colouring Challenge (see my Insta account) and I'm currently making my way through Ali Edward's hybrid scrapbooking course but expect some new cards very soon!

I made this a while back and haven't posted, it's Stamping Bella's Uptown Zodiac Girl Virgo...

I coloured her with copics and fussy cut. I then used some Altenew washi tape to create the background along with some flowers and hot fix crystals. The sentiment is from Uptown Girl Simone Loves Strawberries. Quite a simple background but I felt the image was a pretty stand-out one so didn't need too much. Do you like how I matched the flowers to the flowers in her hair?!

Stamping Bella- Tiny Townie Mermaid Set

Hello all!

Sorry I'm not blogging much but after I participated in the March 30 Day Colouring Challenge, I've been doing some Project Life and during that time obviously the whole world changed!!!

My son is at home with me so not getting much time to craft but I hope to do some more colouring for the April challenge if possible so do check me out on Instagram plus I'll be posting a few more cards I've already made here too. Though all of that may well change when home schooling restarts again!

So today I'm showcasing Stamping Bella's Tiny Townie Mermaid set, Under The Sea Creatures plus the Under The Sea Sentiment set...

I coloured with copics and added some white gel pen highlights and some Stickles. I then fussy cut. I created a background using Distress Oxides and the Honey Bee Stamps Ocean Scene Builder stencils and added some white pencil and white gel pen highlights. I layered this up onto some indigo glitter cardstock. Finally I added all the elements using 3d foam pads and adhered the raindrops using clear glue.

Your close up!

Stay safe and healthy!! Big love x

Gorjuss- Bluebird's Proposal!

Strange times we are in right now but I do know one thing- keep crafting and carry on folks!!

Sorry I haven't been around much but if you've been following me on Instagram, you'll know I've been doing the 30 Day Colouring Challenge.

Today I thought I'd share a card made with an image I previously coloured for the 30 Day Colouring Challenge but today I did the background and made into a card...

So I masked the image and then used Distress Oxides (see below for colours) to blend the background. I then added splashes of water and some white gel pen to complete. I added a strip of DP at the bottom and then die- cut the "friend". Finally I added some raindrops.

Here's your close up. I'm really pleased with how the background turned out!

See you soon, thanks for stopping by xxx

Stamping Bella- Tiny Townie Garden Fairy House!

I coloured up this stunning little fairy house last year and forgot to post it! It's the gorgeous Stamping Bella Tiny Townie Garden Fairy House...

I coloured using the no-lines colouring technique with copics and then stamped the matching sentiment. I then created a shaker by using the MFT A2 frame die and shaker pouch. I mixed some sequins from various  packs to match the colours and then mounted on LOTV patterned papers.

Supplies: Stamps (Stamping Bella); copics; Paper (LOTV); Shaker die and pouch (MFT); Sequins; Butterfly (Prima)
