Stamping Bella- Tiny Townie Frida Loves Frosty and Winter Backdrop!

Today I have a full sized shaker to share with you using Stamping Bella's Tiny Townie Frida Loves Frosty and the Winter Backdrop...

I had so much fun making this card!! First up I coloured up the two images using copics. I then fussy cut Frida and Frosty. I then stamped a retired Stamping Bella sentiment onto the Winter Backdrop. I made a shaker card using the MFT oval frame and some red cardstock. I mounted the whole thing onto some spotty DP and then layered up Frida and Frosty.

Your close up! I just love their squidgy hug!! Look at Frosty's expression- sooo cute!

Supplies: Stamps (Stamping Bella); Copics; Paper (?); Sequins (Lucy's Cards); Cardstock (SU); Dies (MFT); Acetate

Penny Black-Winter Illumination!

Hello everyone!

Hope you're all well. I've been busy doing some prep for December Daily- any of you guys doing that this year?

Today I have quite a simple card coloured with a different medium for me- Polychromos...

This is the first time I've used Polychromos but I think it turned out OK. The stamp is Penny Black's Winter Illumination. I just added a little Stickles on the lamp and a few sequins. Job done!

Supplies: Stamps (Penny Black, Waltzing Mouse); Polychromos; Sequins; Stickles

MFT- Jingle All The Way!

Hi ya. Hope you're all well and haven't got too much Christmas card making fatigue!

Today I'm sharing another shaker card (yes, they're definitely a theme this year!) and another Santa from the Jingle All The Way set...

I stamped out the Santa from this set on Kraft cardstock and used sand ink so I could do no-lines colouring for a different look. I kinda made it doubly hard with the sand ink on kraft!! I then added some white gel pen accents and cut out using dies. I then made a shaker card using the circle pouch and the "merry christmas" circular die. Finally I added a white embossed sentiment on a black banner.

Your close up! See you soon! x

Supplies: Stamps (MFT); Copics; White gel pen; Papers (Carta Bella); Dies (MFT); Sequins (Lucy's Cards); Shaker pouch (MFT); Cardstock (PTI); White embossing powder (WOW)

Forever Friends- Let It Snow!

Back to Christmas cards again today and I'm sharing a really old stamp! I never throw away stamps because I love re-visiting them from time to time and this Forever Friends stamp is a good example of this. I want to call this stamp Hot Cocoa but I'm not really sure that's right...

Anyhoo I stamped out this image on the card blank and then masked it. I then also masked the rest of the card blank to create a strip which I then blended with Distress Oxides. I then splashed with water and added white gel pen. I then stamped the image on copic paper and coloured it in and then fussy cut leaving no white space. I then added white gel pen across the image and then adhered it on top of the bear already stamped on the card blank. I then stamped the Lawn Fawn sentiment and added a teeny die cut heart.

Here's your close up! So sweet!!!

Thanks for stopping by today x

Stamping Bella- Uptown Girls Whitney and Wendy Love Wine!

Hey everyone!

Hope you're all well. I'm trying to intersperse my Christmas cards with some non-Christmas ones just to keep it interesting!! I'm sure we'll be looking at Valentine's Day releases pretty soon!!!

Anyway, here is one of my fav Uptownies Whitney and Wendy Love Wine!!!

I went really old school with this one. I wanted lots of layers, lots of decadence on the card hence the foiled paper and rose gold crystals!! I coloured the image with copics and added some glitter and white gel pen. I then fussy cut the image. I layered up these gorgeous MME foiled papers and then added the sentiment (so funny!) and lots of crystals!

Your close up! Such a stunning image- it's so satisfying to colour! Love the glitter and shine on it!

On a serious note, I just wanted to say that I've been so saddened to see that there are a lot of fake stamps out there. PLEASE do not buy these!! If you see a Stamping Bella stamp that isn't made out of rubber, isn't in the beautiful packaging and is made with some cheap and nasty acrylic, IT IS FAKE!!! In its most basic terms, that stamp has been stolen. It's theft, plain and simple. Plus most of them don't stamp properly or haven't captured the image exactly - that's why it's easy to spot a stamped image that is stolen. It's not cool, people! We need to support the stamp companies we love or we will lose them!

Gorjuss Hello Winter!

Hello all!

Back to Christmas cards again and today I have a Gorjuss and Neat And Tangled card to share...

I coloured Gorjuss' Purfect Love with copics and then added some white gel pen highlights. I used my MISTI to stamp the background stamp along the panel in grey ink. I then adhered a strip of patterned paper down the left side and added the embossed sentiment and die-cut "winter" and a teeny heart.

Unfortunately I can't take credit for the layout/design of this card. I saw Kay Miller first showcasing the Neat And Tangled Hello Winter stamp set and die and just loved what she'd done with them so I wanted to re-create the look but just use this Gorjuss stamp instead. I've even done it in a green colour -way which I'll share another day.

Here's your close up. Such an adorable stamp!

Lili Of The Valley- Back To School Boy!

Hi everyone!

Today I'm sharing another non-Christmas card and it's a very special one! My amazing little boy is actually going to be 5 very soon! I can't believe it!!

I decided to use LOTV's Back To School Boy as he's started school this year ...

I coloured the image with copics and added some white gel pen. I coloured in his school uniform colours which I think he's going to love. He's even got a book bag like that!! I then fussy cut out. I created an aperture in a panel and laid PTI gridded paper behind. I then raised up the panel and boy on 3d foam pads. I then die cut "zach" and "5th" using PTI dies and adhered them with glue. Finally I stamped the sentiment and raised up on 3d foam pads.

Here's your close up! See how I wrote Zach's name on his PE bag?!! It's the little things, peeps!!! x

Supplies: Stamps (LOTV, Altenew?); Copics; Lyra pencil; White gel pen; Dies (PTI, Lil Inkers); Papers (PTI); Cardstock (SU)
