Stamping Bella- Happy Holidays Teeny Tiny Townie!

Hi everyone!

Hope you're doing OK. I'm continuing to show you my Christmas cards and today I have this gorgeous image from Stamping Bella to share with you. It's Happy Holidays Teeny Tiny Townie....

I stamped Teeny Tiny directly where I knew I wanted to place her on my card front. I then coloured Teeny Tiny with copics. I stamped her again on scrap paper and then used masking paper to create a mask. I then placed the mask over the image and began to create the scene around her. I used a PTI hills scene die which I used to cut masking paper with and then used it to create a hill scene that I could then apply Distress Oxide Inks over to create the sky. I splashed the sky with water. When dry I took off the mask and added a copic shadow and then added white gel pen snowflakes all over the sky and also the image. Finally I added a strip of festive paper.

Here's your close up. Isn't she adorable?!!

See you later in the week for an MFT Christmas card!! x

Hello Bluebird- Frosty Littles!

Hello all!

How's things? How are your Christmas cards coming along?!

Today I'm sharing a card made using a load of Hello Bluebird stamp sets, the main one being Frosty Littles....

I coloured up some of the elements from the Frosty Littles stamp set and coloured with copics and added some white gel pen highlights. I then cut out using matching dies. I then created a background using Distress Oxides, some glimmer spray and Picket Fence Distress Spray. I then used a PTI die to create the hills and then stamped the main sentiment from the Tis The Season stamp set and the teeny sentiment from the Frosty Friends stamp set. I assembled all the elements and then created a shaker card using the MFT A2 Frame set and pouch and some sequins.

Supplies: Stamps (Hello Bluebird); Dies (Hello Bluebird, MFT, PTI); Shaker pouch, Copics; White gel pen; WOW embossing powder, Sequins, Shaker pouch

Neat And Tangled- Hello Fall!

Hey! I'm continuing to use the images I coloured up for the 30 Day Colouring Challenge and this sweet set from Neat And Tangled was just one of them, it's called Hello Fall...

I've got all four of these sets from Neat And Tangled. I just love the bold background text block on each of them- so versatile! I coloured up the critters with copics and added white gel pen highlights and cut out with matching dies. I stamped the background text stamp several times using my MISTI. I then adhered a strip of DP to the left hand side. I then created a banner using white embossing powder to stamp the word "hello". I didn't buy the matching word die for the stamp set this time as I'm in the UK and didn't want the word "Fall" . Luckily I had my trusty Stamping Bella "autumn" die so I used that instead. Then I assembled my card placing all the critters all over the card in a random fashion- I wanted it to reflect the falling leaves.

MFT- Polar Pals!

Just a simple card from me today featuring a polar bear from MFT's Polar Pals...

I coloured images with copics and added some white gel pen highlights and then cut out using matching dies. I then created the shaker by cutting a circle into my Candy Lane paper, placing the sequins on and then capturing them underneath the pouch and sealing with liquid glue. I then adhered the circular frame over the top. Finally added the polar bear and fish and a little stamped sentiment from Hello Bluebird.

Supplies: Stamps (MFT, Hello Bluebird); Copics; Paper (MFT); Dies (MFT); Shaker pouch (MFT); Sequins; White gel pen

MFT- Warm And Feathered Hugs!

Today I'm sharing a very cute image by Stacey Yacula for MFT. This stamp set is called Warm and Feathered Hugs....

I stamped out and coloured the owl with copics and then using the matching dies to cut out. I then adhered a strip of MFT's Candy Lane paper across the bottom third of my card blank. I then die cut the beautiful Mesmerising Mandala die with glitter cardstock and adhered to the top half of the card. I then stamped and embossing a sentiment on black cardstock and cut using an MFT banner die. I then assembled all the pieces.

I love the green as an alternative to the usual red on a Christmas card.

MFT- Polar Bear Pals!

Yes, the Christmas card making has started in earnest so prepare for lots Christmas cards over the next few weeks!

This one features MFT's Polar Bear Pals...

I coloured up the polar bears using copics and added some white gel pen highlights. I then cut out with the matching dies. I created a raised panel using some white cardstock and die cut the FA LA LA sentiment and added a strip of DP. I then adhered some red cardstock to the front of the card base and then adhered the panel over the top using 3d foam pads. Finally I added the polar bears, additional sentiment by Hello Bluebird and a couple snowflake sequins.
