LOTV- Under Our Umbrella!

LOTV's Under Our Umbrella is such a cute image!! Love this one!

So I coloured our lovely couple with copics and white gel pen and fussy cut out. I then created a background using DP and two dies with glitter cardstock. I finished with a sweet banner sentiment!

LOTV James Deck The Halls!

 Another festive decorating card today with James Decks The Halls...

I just love these LOTV images for Christmas! I coloured James with copics and fussy cut him out. I then added a strip of DP and a festive tree border. I die cut an oversized sentiment from glitter cardstock and assembled and Bob's ya uncle! tis done!

LOTV- Decorating the Tree!

 Hope you're getting all festive! We put up our tree at the weekend so I thought I'd share the gorgeous LOTV Decorating the Tree...

I coloured with copics and die cut into an arch shape. I then adhered to the card blank on top of some pretty DP. I then stamped out and die cut festive sentiment and a wee festive border and adhered on top!

Ta da ! Get ready for a lot of Christmas cards over the next couple of weeks!!

Lili Of The Valley- Ice Skating!

 Oh I love this stamp oh so much! I made this as my hubby's Christmas card this year using Ice Skating by LOTV....

I coloured with copics and added white gel pen snow. I die cut some birch trees using glitter cardstock and added a snowy ground. I then die cut a sentiment banner and some teeny matching hearts! Super cute!

Lili Of The Valley- Carol Singing!

Hello! How you all doing?

I'm in full Christmas card flow with another image from LOTV called Carol Singing...

I coloured with copics and added some white gel pen highlights. I then created a pleasing layered background using DPs. I then added some die-cut snowflakes and a snowflake border using glitter cardstock. Finally added a die-cut banner from Mama Elephant!

Lili Of The Valley- Window Seat!

I just love these old-style LOTV stamps, particularly the Christmas ones so I've managed to make a nice set of them this year. 

The one I'm showcasing today is Window Seat...  

I coloured with copics and added white gel pen and white coloured pencil. I then die-cut into a lovely arch shape to echo the window. I layered up on some DP and then added a snowflake die-cut strip at the base of the image. I then added a die-cut sentiment banner and some teeny die-cut snowflakes. Such an adorable couple!

Lili Of The Valley- Bunnies Decorating Tree!

Hello all!

This is a Christmas card I've made for our son. Isn't it just the cutest?!!! I bought this image from LOTV ages ago but forgot to use it. My son has just turned 11 so I thought I'd best use it quick!!!! 

I coloured with copics and added some white gel pen highlights. As it was for my son, I kept it quite simple in design with a strip of glitter paper along the bottom along with the die-cut sentiment and some teeny hearts.

Lili Of The Valley- Bonfire Night!

Hello!

Today I'm sharing a card I made for my son's 10th birthday which is on Nov 5th! I've had this LOTV stamp for so long waiting to use it and I decided this year was the year!!

 I coloured the image with copics and fussy cut around. I then created a Distress Oxide background, splashed with water and heat embossed some firework stamps and also used them to create the glow around the sparkler. I heat embossed a sentiment and die cut in mirror card the number 10- it looks better in real life, I've discovered mirror card is super hard to photograph well!

 Hello! Today I'm sharing LOTV's Pancake Day...

I coloured him with copics and cut out using an arched die. I then stamped out the main sentiment and cut it out and then stamped a sub-heading directly onto the image. I then adhered some DP and then the image on top. I raised up the main sentiment on foam pads and then finally finished with some enamel dots.

Hey! Today I'm sharing a LOTV stamp called Oliver Film Night... 

I coloured Oliver with copics and added some white gel pen highlights. I then added some matching DPs with a couple of stamped sentiments from Altenew and finished with some enamel dots. A really simple but effective teenage card!

Sharing an anniversary card today featuring LOTV's Together Forever.....

Image is coloured with copics and white gel pen highlights. Papers are layered up and an apeture cut in the middle. I then added lace and embossing powders. Sentiment is by PTI. Finally added some pearls and crystals for bling!

LOTV- Celebrate footballer!

Hey hey hey!!

Today I'm sharing my little boy's 6th birthday card featuring this cute footballer from LOTV...

I coloured the image with copics and added some details to make it look like an Arsenal kit and then fussy cut. I used MFT dies to cut the grass and the celebrate sentiment. I then assembled the card, raising some elements up on 3d foam pads. It's a simple card but I love how it turned out.

LOTV- James Bear With A Pint

Hallooooo!

Hope you're all well. So today I have a card I made sometime last year for my hubby and forgot to post. I've been doing some scrapbooking so no new cards at the moment so I thought I'd post this. It features LOTV's James Bear With A Pint .....

I'm not actually sure if that's what it's called as I only have the digi image but it's something like that. I coloured with copics, added some simple strips of DP, stamped out the Altenew sentiment and added some epoxy stars.

Lili Of The Valley- Back To School Boy!

Hi everyone!

Today I'm sharing another non-Christmas card and it's a very special one! My amazing little boy is actually going to be 5 very soon! I can't believe it!! 

I decided to use LOTV's Back To School Boy as he's started school this year ...

I coloured the image with copics and added some white gel pen. I coloured in his school uniform colours which I think he's going to love. He's even got a book bag like that!! I then fussy cut out. I created an aperture in a panel and laid PTI gridded paper behind. I then raised up the panel and boy on 3d foam pads. I then die cut "zach" and "5th" using PTI dies and adhered them with glue. Finally I stamped the sentiment and raised up on 3d foam pads.

Lili Of The Valley- Little Nurse

Hallo crafty people,

Hope you're all doing well and enjoying some crafty time. Today I have a sweet get well soon image from LOTV to share...

This stamp is called Little Nurse. I have no idea whether this is available as a digi. I'm quite confused by the direction LOTV have been heading- I find it quite sad really. I miss the old LOTV- am I the only one? Anyway, I coloured with Distress Markers. I created a sketch using these ancient Making Memories papers and stamped a LOTV postmark sentiment over the top. I added a sentiment from PTI and a little heart and pearl to finish.

LOTV- Oliver Game Boy

Hi ya. How are you my lovely crafting friends!

Today I have a LOTV card featuring Oliver Game Boy...

I coloured Oliver with copics and then cut a panel around him which I stuck to the card blank. I then cut a strip of patterned paper for the bottom of the card blank. I added a Mama Elephant sentiment and finally simply added some sprinkles.

Lili Of The Valley- Big Present!

Hi ya my crafty friends!

Hope you're all well. Here's another card I made yonks ago but haven't had a chance to post featuring LOTV's Big Present...

I coloured him with copics and fussy cut. I then made a clean and simple card by cutting a panel to fit the front side of the card blank. I then die cut some stars using MFT dies and adhered some patterned paper to the front of the card blank so that it appeared behind the die-cut stars in the panel. I added a strip of paper to the front of the panel and then stuck the panel down to the card blank. I then raised the image up on 3d pads and adhered to the middle of the panel and then stamped the PTI sentiment onto a die-cut stitched banner. I then raised the banner up on 3d foam pads as well. 

Such a cute image!!

Hope you're all great! Have you seen Kathy Rac is doing another 30 Day Colouring Challenge soon. I haven't participated before as I never had enough time but I have a bit more now my little one has increased his hours at Kindergarten so I'm hoping to join in this time. I've been stamping out some images in readiness! Are you joining in?

Today I have a sweet image from LOTV to share called Tea Party....

This card is for a friend who really loves her tea!! I coloured the image with Distress Markers. I distressed these gorgeous Bo Bunny papers and arranged in a layout. I added some lace and flowers. This sentiment is by Waltzing Mouse (sadly, they are no longer in existence).

How adorable!! Just love these older style LOTV stamps. Such a shame that they seem to be getting rid of so many of them.

Lili Of The Valley Best Dress

We are finally enjoying some gorgeous sunshine here in the UK. Last week I was wearing a winter coat- today a t-shirt!!!

Today's card is for my goddaughter featuring LOTV's Best Dress..

I coloured her with Distress Markers and made her into a little glittery shaker card using the MFT Oval Frame die. Papers are by Basic Grey. The sentiment and number dies are by PTI.

How are you all?

Today's card is a CAS one featuring LOTV's Oliver Kicking About...

I created a front panel of copic friendly card and adhered that to my card base. I stamped Oliver and coloured with copics. Underneath I stuck a piece of Doodlebug paper and above using my old fashioned Dymo Labeller (thanks to Jen who recommended) to produce a personalised sentiment.
