Hi. Hope you've got a great weekend planned! It's Sketch Saturday time already! Firstly I must tell you some exciting news!! Sketch Saturday is looking for 7, yes 7, new team members!!!! Pop over to the blog for more details!
So onto today's challenge, a fabbie sketch by Jo....
Yep, another Christmas card! This time I've chosen to use Pollycraft's Sweet Chester. I think he makes a great Christmas card for a male so this is for my brother-in-law. Jo has chosen such an unusual shape for the image but I think it goes perfectly with the image I've chosen. So I coloured Chester with copics and usual lyra bottom shading. The papers are by Basic Grey called Nordic Holiday. I kept it fairy simple because the image is quite large but also because it's a male card. The large holly is made using a Papertrey Ink die. I used the paper to represent the sentiment as it had words on it.
I'd like to enter this into:
Cute Card Thursday- food or drink
Basic Grey- used Nordic Holiday paper
Divas by Design- for the boys
Allsorts- card for man or boy
Ooh la la creations- manly
Shopping our stash- 3 or more DPs
Papertake Weekly- cute
Creative Craft Challenges- anything goes
Stamping for the weekend- at least 4 layers
Close up of the wee fella!
Jo's fantastic sketch! How unusual is that?!!
This week we are sponsored by the lovely Simon Says Stamp which can only mean one thing- a fabulous prize!!!!
