Lili of the Valley Challenge -week 2

Hello, I've been busy doing this card for the Lili of the Valley Challenge week 2. Your challenge for this week is a sketch done by Nikki (above). It was a great sketch and I really enjoyed using it so I'm sure you'll all have fun with it. The Design Team's cards this week are fab so do check them out. Again, for this week you're not restricted to Lili of the Valley products so do join us. The prize this week is great if you're interested in getting some experience as a designer because it's 2 weeks as a guest designer on the blog!! How fab is that??! Entries must be in by midnight next Wednesday.

So here is my design. I'm really pleased with how it turned out though I'm unhappy with the scan of the card as it's come out quite pale and though the colours are pastel, they are brighter than they show on this photo. Hopefully you can see it better through the enlargement. Though we only have to use one Lili of the Valley product per card, this is practically all LOTV! Both flowery papers are LOTV whilst the polka dot paper is from Making Memories. The stamp is gorgeous and is called Jasmine- Chat! I love the Jasmine and Oliver stamps, they're so great for those kids/teenager cards who are always so difficult to make cards for. The pretty daisy border is LOTV as is the sentiment which is from their pastel sheet of sentiments. I then highlighted various areas with Crystal Stickles and added a couple of flowers to finish off. Hope you like it!

Crafty stash used: Stamp (Lili of the Valley); Paper (Lili of the Valley & Making Memories); Sentiment (Lili of the Valley); Border (Lili of the Valley); Assorted cardstock; Copics; Flowers (Ebay); Brad (Jo'Anns); Crystal Stickles; Button (free)
