This week's challenge over at Lili of the Valley is to make a card for a teenager which we all know is pretty difficult- especially for boys! The prize is a fantastic LOTV Jasmine stamp- I have it and it's sooo useful!
So here is the card I made for my DT responsibilities. I kind of based the design on a card I'd seen over at Kitty's Krafty Corner (thanks, Kitty) which used background paper in this way. I used LOTV Oliver- text stamp and coloured it in with my copics. I then made several different circles using my nesties to provide a background for him to sit on. The light blue one I doodled on. The background papers are from LOTV as is the sentiment. I then computer generated "cool dude!" and made a little tag out of it.
Crafty stash used: Stamp (LOTV); Paper (LOTV); Sentiment (LOTV); Assorted cardstock; Nesties; Copics; Eyelet (Papermania); Ribbon (recycled); Black fine liner

Hi Steph, thanks for your really lovely comments on my blog. You made my day :) I hope we can become good blogging friends :) I see you love stamping ... One of my passions too but i am terrible, i have collected over 400 stamps lol but many of them are unmounted as have stopped buying the mounted when i ran out of space lol. I have just got some new ones from a round robin stamp swap we did at my craft forum and no i cant wait to get using them :) No doubt you will see the results soon lol
