Hi peeps!! How's it going? Just a quick post today- am actually going to try and catch up on visiting you all!!!!
My Mum wanted me to make a card from her for my sis's birthday. She chose Putyourfeetupabella. I coloured with watercolour and lyra pencils and paper pieced the lounger and her top. I added Glamour Dust for the shine from the lamp. I luuurve these papers, especially the blue Damask type print one. They are from October Afternoon.
I added some metallic eyelets- I hardly ever use eyelets any more, I don't know why, they do make an interesting tactile element to a card.
Not so many challenges are applicable this week! But am going to enter into:
Bellarific Challenge- metal

Sketch Saturday- sketch
My Mum's Craft Shop- fab n funky
Dutch Dare- birthday

Well aren't you the paper piecing queen! Ack, I've been so intimidated to color this one yet, but yours is amazing. I used brads too... had to dust them off in fact...don't know why I don't incorporate them more as they look great. Glad to see you participating this week - Cathabella
