Sketch Saturday- Coffee and friends...and my candy winner!

Happy Jubilee Weekend!!! I hope you are all making the most of the extra long weekend we have here in the UK and fingers crossed for the weather!!

First things first, I'd like to announce the winner of my blog candy....drum roll.... and the winner is.....Olivia!! Congratulations!! Please email me at honeyboodesigns@hotmail.co.uk and send me your details. For the full list of candy winners, please visit the Sketch Saturday blog. Thanks so much for all the lovely comments last week!

Also, we have announced our wonderful new DT members! Congrats to you all and I can't wait to see your first designs!

Today I'd like to share my DT card for Sketch Saturday.

So I have used Stamping Bella's Clarissa and Camille share a coffee. This is a biiig stamp!! I actually found it really hard to colour because of the massive coffee mug- so difficult to get the shading right but I think it's OK. I coloured with usual mix of copics, lyras and watercolour pencils and added some Glossy Accents to the rings on the mug. Then rounded image with punch. These stunning papers are by MME called Happy Go Lucky. I knew straight away I wanted to use these- very retro and funky to go with the image. Are you loving that massive Papertrey Ink bow?! I have to say I LURVE their saddlestitch ribbon! It's so firm, it sits so well in big bows.

I'd like to enter this into:
Crafts & Me- add a ribbon
Crafty Creations- circles (on papers and coffee mug)
Divas by Design- anything goes
Just Keepin on Creating- anything goes
Simon Says- anything goes
Die Cuttin Divas- anything goes
Ooh la la- girly
My time to Craft- it takes two (two girlies!)

A close up! I'm digging her hot pink flowery dress!

Another close up. I lurve her boots and knock-knees!!

Jen's fabbie sketch!

This week we are sponsored by the lovely Ladybug Crafts! Come on over and have a look at the rest of the DT's gorgeous designs!

Crafty stash used: Stamps (Stamping Bella); Copics; Watercolour pencils; Lyra pencils; Glossy Accents; Papers (MME); Corner rounder punch (Woodware); Ribbon (PTI); Pearls (Prima); Butterfly Dienamics (MFT)
