Exciting post today! We have a new release over at Stamping Bella!! Today's sneaky peeks contain some Curvy Girls and Oddballs...
First up is Curvy Girl Loves To Roller Skate...
As soon as I saw this gorgeous stamp, I knew I wanted to create a 1980s Athena (remember them?!) style image. I used a stencil to blend my Distress Oxides to create a sunset/beach style background. I then layered it up on some coloured cardstock. I then die-cut my palm tree and blended some ink on top to give some depth. I then coloured Curvy Girl and fussy cut. I layered up the palm tree and then Curvy Girl on foam pads. Finally I added a sentiment from Uptown Girl Lainie On The Lounger and some enamel dots.Gorgeous!
We're big tennis fans in our house so I was so excited to see Curvy Girl Loves Tennis!! I decided to colour her in Wimbledon colours. I instantly knew I wanted to use this grid stencil to signify a net over grass. I blended Distress Oxides through a grid stencil and a circle stencil. I added this cute grid purple paper to continue the Wimbledon colour theme. I used a sentiment from the new Fairytale Sentiment Set. Finally I added enamel dots.
How fun is this Oddball Fairytale scene? For this card I used Oddball Fairytale Court Jester, Oddball Fairytale Backdrop and Fairytale Sentiment Set. I coloured all with copics and added some white gel pen highlights. I added a strip of chequered DP and then adhered Oddball Jester on top using 3d foam pads. I created this fun royal bunting by die-cutting these little banners and sticking on some recycled cord. I added a sentiment from the Fairytale Sentiment Set.
