Bellarific Friday with Mo Manning's Game On

Hey everyone!

How's it going? I'm super excited as my craft room unit is finally finished and carpet laid so I've started to move all my stash back in. Still waiting for new blinds and my Dad's refurbished desk but hopefully it won't be too long before I can show you all my revamped room!

Onto Bellarific Friday and today's theme was ANYTHING GOES! As it's the first Friday of the month, the DT have the extra challenge of using the STAMP OF THE MONTH which is Mo Manning's GAME ON!

I love this stamp- so useful for teenagers or gaming hubbies and it's 20% off for the whole of October!

I coloured Game On with copics and added lyra pencil shadow to the ground. I cut out the image with a Lil Inkers square die. Papers are by Carta Bella. I made a little console embellishment to go with.

Bellarific Friday with Mo Manning's Snow Pals!

Hey everyone! It's been a busy week couple of weeks- I've had lots of things going on here including a now empty craft room so I'm way behind on my crafting!! Eeeek!

Anyhoo today's Bellarific Friday was a sketch (see below). I decided to use the very cute Mo Manning Snow Pals...

This is SUCH a great stamp to colour! Lots of wide spaces so not too fiddly if you're not confident about your colouring skills. I coloured this sweet pair with copics. Papers are by American Craft- love the injection of the greeny blue colour- so cool! I die cut "snow" a couple of times on white cardstock and layered up for a 3d embellishment.

Close up! Quite pleased with the colouring of the fur- if I do say so myself! Lol. Let me know if you want to know the colours I used for it.

Bellarific Friday- Mo Manning's The Choir

Hey hey hey! How's it going my crafting peeps?

I'm hoping you're all well. 

Today's Bellarific Friday was a sketch (see below) and I decided to try and get another Christmas card done so I used Mo Manning's The Choir...

I coloured this sweet bunch with copics and fussy cut. These gorgeously shiny papers are MME Market Street. I stamped and embossed the accompanying sentiment with gold embossing powder. The stars are by Memory Box, the wee little tree tag die is by PTI and I used the cut-out piece to put on the sentiment. The enamel dots are MME from a matching set.

Bellarific Friday- Cupcake Thief!

Hi everyone! It's Bellarific Friday! 

This week's challenge was a Mojobella sketch (below). I decided to use the very cheeky Mo Manning's Cupcake Thief...

This cheeky little fairy was coloured with copics. I added some white gel pen on the yellow icing and added some Stickles to some of the icing and Wink of Stella to the fairy's wings. The card base is a Grand Nesties Scalloped Square. Stitched dies are Lil Inkers except the blue gingham one which is an MFT one part of one of the Blueprints (sorry I can't remember which one!). Papers are Bazzill. Sequins are Doodlebug.

Bellarific Friday: Mo Manning's Season's Greeting plus BIG Bellarific Friday news!

Well hello there! 

Yikes! Can't believe we're in the second week of December already!

This week's Bellarific Friday was the inspiration photo below. I took the pastel theme as inspiration for my Mo Manning Christmas card using Season's Greetings. I LOOOOOVE this image!

Season's Greetings is coloured with copics and I paper pieced her dress. I added white gel pen for snow in the foreground. Papers are LOTV. The accompanying sentiment was stamped using Plum Pudding PTI ink. Snowflake dies are MFT as is the rounded speech bubble (with speech bit cut off!) Christmas tree die is by Dee's Distinctively Dies.

Bellarific Friday- Mo Manning Season's Greetings tag!

Okerly pokerly! Hope you're all well and enjoying some crafty time!

This week's Bellarific Friday theme was to make a tag. 

I don't make a lot of tags I must admit so I decided to go full out and make a 3d shaker tag using Mo Manning's Season's Greetings...

This sweet lil thing was coloured with copics and I paper pieced her dress. The giant tag was made using Mama Elephant dies and I stamped the accompanying sentiment on a further tag and attached using ribbon and twine. I added some white pen for snow in various places across the image. Finally, I used some faux snow glitter plus sequins for the shaker elements. Brrrrr....

Bellarific Friday- Valerie With Snowman

So now the excitement of the latest Stamping Bella release has calmed down a bit, you can all tell me what's on your wish list!

I love this stamp soooo much. Mo's unique pencil/sketch-y style is so amazing on this. Love the heart patch on her coat! Valerie is coloured with copics. I tried to add a bit of depth on the snow by using some BVs as well as Bs, BGs and Cs. Papers are Echo Park. Snowflakes are MFT Trio Snowflakes.

Bellarific Friday- Mo Manning Maggie With Penguin

Hey all you Bella fans!

Ooooh, release day is fast approaching!!! Sneaky peeks started on Wednesday so keep your eyes peeled at all the DT blogs as well as Blogabella to get your fix of what's coming soon!

This week's Bellarific Friday was a sketch (see below). I decided to use Mo Manning's Maggie With Penguin...

As soon as I saw this stamp in the last release, I just knew I had to have her!! Love the oversized jumper, her hair over her eyes but of course most of all- the cutesy penguin!! Maggie is coloured with copics and my Wink pen used for the dots on her leggings. These beautiful papers are by Bo Bunny. I have to admit I own very few Bo Bunny papers as for some reason they just don't appeal to me but these are one of my fav Christmas papers evah I think! Sentiment comes with Maggie and is stamped in PTI Royal Velvet ink. The gorgeous butterfly is Wild Rose Studio's Frosted Butterfly- omg, how beautiful is it?! I cut using some patterned vellum and then added some Stickles for extra sparkle.

Bellarific Friday- Mo Manning Hey Bud!

Hey everyone! 

Hope you're looking forward to the weekend. 

It's Bellarific Friday and today I have the sweetest Mo Manning card to share with you...

Hey Bud is coloured using copics. These papers are Kaisercraft and I love the unusual colour combos in this pad so I kinda ran with them by using pink and green cardstock for layering. I just love the simplicity of this image- it was great to colour. 

Speaking of colouring- how crazy has the colouring books for adults craze gone?!! I'm kicking myself! Some years ago (before I even started crafting!!) I said to my husband that I thought there should be colouring books for adults. I always loved colouring just for colouring's sake to be honest so thought if I did, other people would. And now there are all these ones for adults!!!! Pah! I missed a trick there!!

Such an amazing image by Mo! I know lots of avid book fans who'd love this stamp. Blanche is coloured with copics. Papers are by Theresa Collins and purple background one is DCWV. The sentiment with this stamp is soooo funny!

Such a fab image that I know I'll use loads! Long-time followers will know that my husband designs computer games- the Batman Arkham ones to be precise!- so this stamp is just perfect for him. I coloured it with copics. The papers are Echo Park. The sentiment and game consoler are PTI stamps.

Bellarific Friday- Love Ya!

Can't believe it's Friday already! Here I am with another Bellarific Friday challenge which was to use the sketch below...

Here is the totally adorable Mo Manning's Love Ya.  She is just the cutest don't you think? The sentiment that comes with her is just perfect to be stamped inside! I've coloured with copics and usual lyra shadow. Papers are LOTV cut out with stitched square dies done to give a patchwork feel. Number 3 is Dienamic By The Number die. Doodlebug sequins added- I love how they seem to have a colour that matches any paper! How do they do that?!

Bellarific Friday- Stamp of the Month: Birthday Hamster!

Hey my crafty friends! How are you all? 

Today's Bellarific Friday's challenge was "USE WASHI OR RIBBON". The DT were also tasked with showcasing Em's Stamp of the Month which is..... Mo Manning's Birthday Hamster! Old Hammie here is 20% off the WHOLE MONTH folks!

Birthday Hamster is coloured with copics and some white watercolour pencil added here and there for highlights. I used a copic multiliner to do all the dotty shading- I haven't done that sort of shading since my Art A Level so I thought it was time to bring it back!! Papers are Fancy Pants.

Bellarific Friday- Wiz!

Hey peeps! How's it going?

Today's Bellarific Friday was a sketch....

I used the fantastic Mo Manning image "Wiz"- it was fab to colour!! Wiz was coloured with copics and I added some highlights with a white gel pen. Papers are Fancy Pants. Sentiment comes with Wiz. I added a few sequins- can you have sequins on a male card without it looking girly?! I think it looks OK, er.....I think!!!!

Sketch Saturday- Mo Manning Bella Loves Christmas

Hey peeps! I'm writing this ahead of time on the hottest day of the year so far and wondering (read: desperately hoping) the weather is a bit cooler by today and we've had those thunderstorms we were promised!!

Today's offering for Sketch Saturday is a Mo Manning digi called Bella Loves Christmas!

I coloured Bella with copics. These papers are by SEI called Merry Berry. The sentiment is a PTI one- die and stamped. The stamped sentiment is cut out using Memory Box die and the holly is a MB die too. Finally I used my Woodware corner rounder punch to round all the blocking.

Apologies photos are a bit dark. I made this yonks ago when we weren't having such great weather!
