More traditional Christmas cards!

I made these cards a couple of weeks ago but hadn't got round to posting them- I just love the wintery scene. I coloured in the card using watercolour pencils- just adding highlights here and there as the details are quite small. I then highlighted the snow in various places with my trusty Stickles. I then mounted onto green card to make the green on the trees stand out a little more and then onto mirror card. The sentiment is from a Christmas See D's set and I then added a couple of gems. Hopefully you can see the detail better when the click on the image and see the larger version.

Crafty stash used: Stamps: See D's & ?, Watercolour pencils; Crystal Stickles; Assorted cardstock; Gems (Lakeland)

I made this one pretty similarly but without adding any colour, I just highlighted with Stickles. I then mounted on mirror board and then black card. I added a ribbon from Poppicrafts and a rub-on from K&Co.

These are SO gorgeous! Love them both...the contrast of the colour on one and just glitter on the other is great. What did you mean by stickies? Was that the glitter or did you use a pen? Sorry for my ignorance!
You're a clever chick!
Love Fi xx
