Lili Of The Valley April Facebook Challenge- Bride and Groom

Today I have a card to share with you for LOTV's April Facebook Challenge which is to use at least 3 of the following colours: aqua, pink, red, ivory and lilac.

I had a wedding card to do for friends of our's so I chose aqua, lilac and ivory- albeit in very muted shades using the very sweet couple from LOTV Bride and Groom...

I coloured Bride and Groom with copics and added some Wink Of Stella to her ribbons. I then added some pink and blue frantage. These papers are by Maja Design and I used them for the last wedding card I did- they're just so romantic and perfect. The card base was a Grand Scalloped Square Nestie. I distressed the edges of the papers and added some flowers and beautiful flower ribbon. The swirly "happy" die is a PTI ink one-liner die and I used it to cut PTI Silver Shimmer cardstock. The "wedding day" sentiment is from the matching set and I stamped it in Autumn Rose ink. I then added a LOTV Greetings Postmark stamp on top and cut a couple of teeny (ME) hearts.

Here's your close up. Aren't they just THE cutest couple? I love the little bit of frantage looking like confetti and the little postage stamp is so adorable- it's the little touches that make a handmade card special- that's why we do it, no?
